Question Four QH Broodmares..

Well, I'm looking at this place for either mare or when their foals hit the ground.

Link for mares.

Obviously, mare #1 has the pedigree. Although, I really am drawn to Miss Dry Illini (#3), or mare #2. Mare #2 is quite old (21) and I would revert her into a riding horse. If I bought a mare they would be strictly riding horses after they foal. I'm thinking about buying a mare. I know pregnant mares require a lot of care. I told the breeder I would be looking at January if we decided on anything. Facilities to foal/wean would have to be built before I decide.

Here is what the breeder had to say about them:

"HI AMANDA. IF YOU WILL GO TO MY WEBSITE TO THE PAST FOAL CROPS PAGE THERE IS A BLACK FILLY SHOWING HUNTSEAT. SHE IS QUITE CLASSY! DON'T KNOW IF SHE'S JUMPING YET OR NOT. I LOSE TRACK OF MOST OF THESE FOALS AFTER THEY'RE GONE. AS FAR AS THE MARES THEY ARE ALL BRED FOR 2012 MISS DRY ILLINI IS BRED TO THE PALOMINO STALLION. SHE WAS RIDDEN IN THE FEED YARD BEFORE I GOT HER AND I'VE OWNED HER FOR 10+ YEARS. NOONE HAS BEEN ON HER SINCE, DOCS PLAY ALSO BRED TO TEH PALOMINO IS A FINISHED CUTTING MARE BUT TENDS TO STAY SORE IN THE FRONT. NOT BAD SORE BUT I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND RIDING HER, HOT SAN PEP IS BRED TO OUR DUN STALLION AND WAS A TRAINED REINER THEN USED ON A RANCH IN MONTANA FOR AWHILE. THIS IS WHAT I'M TOLD BECAUSE WE'VE NEVER RIDDEN HER AND SMART AFFAIR , BRED TO THE PALOMINO STALLION HAS NEVER BEEN RIDDEN AS FAR AS I KNOW. THE MARES THAT WERE BROKE TO RIDE AT ONE POINT OR ANOTHER HAVE NOT BEEN RIDDEN FOR MANY YEARS. OUR GIRLS ARE STRICTLY MOMMY'S . THE FOAL SHOWING HUNTSEAT IS OUT OF OUR ZIPPOS MARE. THE WEBSITE ADDRESS IS WWW.WINESQUARTERHORSES.COM HAVE ANY MORE QUESTIONS I'LL BE HAPPY TO ANSWER THEM FOR YOU. KELLIE"

Opinions? Concerns? I want to see what you all think.
