    Lightbulb help.. Critique my horse

Earl is a 9 yr old 16.2 Canadian-bred TB import by Zankstar and Regal Classic, both parents where $1.5 million dollar money earner racehorses, he won about 100,000 himself when racing, he was off the track for about a year doing western before buying him. I've own him for about a year, now and he is currently showing successfully in the rated shows, always in the ribbons. He competes in Hunters, Equitation and Jumpers. He knows his job and gets it done, he is a point and shoot horse. Completely honest big guy, he will save his rider no matter what distances you get him at(long or short) or angle. He is currently registered with USEF, USHJA, OPHA, and Jockey Club. He currently places in the blue or red over fences. Places in the top four in the flat. Has natural-automatic lead changes. Has schooled over 4ft fences with tons of scope, but is schooling 3' to 3'3" fences. Knows how to do grids perfectly, he is extremely smart and catches on to everything extremely fast. Has a great personality he is willing to do anything for his rider! Bathes, clips, loads, stands great for farrier and vet. No flaws at all, non-spooky. Can even carry a beginner on his back. He is currently in level one dressage training movements knows how to do completely know how to do lateral work-outs, leg yeilds, shoulders in, shoulders out, and side pass. I've been teaching him 1/2 turn on the haunches and etc.

Help price him too. I have no plan in selling him, just see how much he is after 10 months.
