How does this boy look?

I'm selling my beloved pony I've had 6 years to move up to something I could use for eventing and possibly bring to college. How does this guy look? He's 15.2 but I'm only 5'2" so I don't need a 16hh+ thing. I'd like to do 3'-3'6" and he's already starting 3'6"

It is hard to say. He seems to have scope. May work find for you. Why are they selling him?

That being said, there is a quite large difference between a 3 foot horse and a 3'6" horse. Those that can do the first well may not do the second well or hold up doing 3'6".
