How much would you pay for this horse?

This is a recently 4 year old, registered arabian gelding, being trained for dressage. How much would you pay for him? What do you think of him? Any problems you see with him being a lower level dressage horse? Please comment!

I like him. One can see that he struggles with the left lead canter and is shorter of stride going left. But he is rythmic and doesn't have that "pronking" canter that a lot of arabs have. The rider did a nice job of staying light on his back and mouth and not stressing too much when he too the wrong lead going left.

How much to pay? Oh, that is so hard to say since it differs a lot for the area you live in. I gues around here, with the training he has, maybe 3 to 4 k$?
