You need to bring your leg up under you. You're also bouncing a lot. In the first video you're leaning back and sort of look like your riding a motorcycle instead of a horse. Once you bring your leg under you and work without stirrups, the amount of bounce should decrease quite quickly.

Yes you are bouncing too much, pretend you are a belly dancer and move your hips with the horses movement.
