Jumping Critique (me and Mack)

This was my first time riding Mack!

He's an off the track thoroughbred, raced until he was 10. He's 13 now, I think, or around that. Anyways he refused a lot, but when he does jump he is very springy!

Please critique my eq, I was really working on my heels yesterday! =)

I was also really trying hard to not jump ahead. For those of you who have seen my older threads, do you think I've improved?

Thanks!

Every ride, good or bad, teaches you something new.

I jumped a long time ago...now I ride dressage, but it looks good to me!! Try to move your mane release up his neck a it more tho. He's adorable! I think he will go far in hunters or jumpers!! Or anything! :)

If there are no horses in heaven... im not going.

I am horrible at critiquing but I just wanted to say you look great! I think in the last photo you are jumping ahead just a bit and it looks like you have ended up infront of the saddle. Maybe? Its hard to tell from the back =D Anyways good work and I have seen your other threads and I think there has been improvment. Two thumbs up!

All horses deserve, at least once in their lives, to be loved by a little girl.

I don't know much about this but I would like to say that your feet are to far in the sturps(sp) but any way other than that you look good to me.

Thanks everyone
I totally didn't realize the thing with the stirrups until you pointed it out. XD Will have to work on that!

they are great pics - the first two especially :)

ON the first two - The only thing I could really point out is the stirrup thing position - but that's already been mentioned and roll your shoulder back just a fraction - to lose the rounding there- the last one it looks like you got a little ahead and lost the weight in your heels - loving the first two pics - I havent seen the other threads to comment on your improvement :) - Personally I would not go further up for the release...
