    From what I see of him I rather like him. Pretty much any horse can do 2'6" and this one looks nicely taken care of and has a pleasant expression while doing his job. His trot isn't sensational, but I suspect if he was pushed forward a little this will be improved. I would request more pictures (ask for conformation ones as well) and possibly a video

    He's a very handsome guy at what I consider to be just about the perfect size. My only concern is that he's been out of work for three years and it is unclear how frequently he was being ridden prior to that. He may not have much more experience than a relatively green horse, in which case I hope that you feel experienced enough to bring him along and/or have the support of a knowledgeable instructor.

    Aside from that, I'd definitely check him out!
