You have a nice seat, not leaning too far forward or back, for jumping anyway. Also, your position is nice over the jump because you don't throw yourself over the jump like a lot of girls who do h/j often do. Just try to stay cantering during your course and it will make it a lot more flowing. It seems to me when the horse's speed gets faster and slower, it makes the whole course kinda messy and choppy, and it's not easy to fix unless you have a lot of space between each jump.
