My mare, Addy.

Alright, I got the best confo shots I could get by myself. She actually stood pretty good for me. She was very curious about the camera so I couldn't get any decent front shots. She needs muscle! Other than that...I have no tell me!

She is a 4 year old TB off the track, right at 16hh. Plan on doing Dressage with her...she has wonderful movement...will get video after Christmas.

Sorry if the fence distracts!

Horrible shot of front legs- Laugh worthy!

she looks good!! looks a little cow hocked but it might just be the way she is standinging, She also looks a little down hill to me, but again it could just be the pics. i think overall she looks like a great horse!! she would look fantastic with some good muscle!

She is so adorable! Love her pattern. A bit downhill, slightly cowhocked (very slightly), long neck, she has long legs. Her back is not too short, yet not too long. She's gorgeous!

Ride more, worry less.

Yeah, it's not just the pics...she is a bit cowhocked. I bought her a month ago and they told me that she was "butt high"- that she should even out...growth spurt...but I thought horses were pretty much done at 4 years old...

First, she is really really cute. I like her. A couple things that stand out to me conformation wise:

- butt muscle looks pretty good considering she's just off the track
- thin neck that cuts into her shoulder apruptly
- crest doesn't tie in with withers that well
- slightly cow-hocked
- adorable dishy face
- lovely markings

Overall she is very well put together. I think she'd look fantastic with more exercise and muscling. Good luck with her, she looks like a sweetie!

She's built like a TB. Which is not necessarily the ideal for dressage.
What I see is a downhill horse with a slightly ewe neck and hindlegs that don't stand under her and support her hind as well as they could. She does however have a good shoulder and proportions and is leggy.
Another thing that is common with TBs is a free shoulder and average movement behind, which gives a flashy trot. But the canter is downhill and the walk can easily become lateral.
This is just what I commonly see with TBs, yours might mature and fill out a little more. Good luck with her :)

Thanks Anebel- I am just starting out and just need something to learn on. I know she won't get me up to 3rd level dressage or anything like that, but for now I think she will be great. I'm looking forward to seeing what she is capable of.

Shes pretty! I'm not one to critique her confo... but I do see high withers. I would love to hear back on how she does in learning dressage! I think she will be awesome! :)
