He is a bit on the chubby side- but hey, it's better than being too skinny. LOL! He's adorable.
Thick neck, but looks pretty nice!

He's adorable! What breed is he? It's pretty hard to give a proper critique by those photos but I'll give it a try :)

He has a thick neck that ties in low to his chest, he looks sickle-hocked, he has a very soft eye and gorgeous head, deep through the girth, looks like he has a bit of a roach back, which might be due to his weight, nicely angled pasterns, hard to tell by the photos but he looks to have a rather straight shoulder.

I think that once he has lost the chub and you have him muscled up real nice that he will be a very, very handsome little dude.

One question though; the western saddle that he is wearing in the pictures, does it fit him properly? It looks strange.

That guy is a little tank. The name made me chuckle, it's cute. You do realize that he is a dark bay right? Anyone correct me if I am wrong. That or the sun bleached him but it looks like he's a dark bay. He is quite a cute guy.
What breed is he?

It's hard to tell with the pictures. In some, he looks brown, others he looks dark bay...

He used to be black, but as he has aged, he has turned into a dark bay. In the winter, when he is fuzzy, he is black.
But yeah, he is dark bay.
And thanks! He is pretty elderly (he is from 14-25y/o)
I am not sure of his age. I just him from a close friend. We used to ride him when we were around 5 or 6 y/o. Then he started getting vices and was put on pasture until a few months ago. So Im practically re-training him, but he is a good little ole guy :)
