He looks club footed, or atleast extremely high heeled in the front feet especially. His pasterns are indeed quite short, and upright.

He is sickle hocked in the rear, and by his walk, it appears that he "could" have a mild case of stringhalt in both rear legs, but the video didn't really do a great job of showing off his gait well so I could be way off, there.

Thank you for the input... He has some conformational flaws indeed. I'm happy that he isn't a stallion any more. He was kept a stallion until he came to us one year ago. And now he is 10 years old. It will be a problem if he transmitted his flaws to his offspring.

I hope that he doesn't have stringhalt but from what I read on the internet it can be possible, he shows some signs.

And he had his feet done but I couldn't take proper pictures to show this because he was sitting on grass so the pictures are useless. Here is a photo from yesterday, the angle of the hoof is the same, so no improvement.

I would also consider having the horse checked to see if he is out in the back or hips. It was hard to get a good idea from the video, but looks like the problem is isolated to the back legs or hind end.
