He's not liver chestnut. Liver chestnut is a liver color. A dark deep brown that almost looks like a purpley red black. He just looks that way because he is wet
Exactly. Liver chesnut can often be mistaken for a smoky or faded black. He is definitely a sorrel or chesnut.
