Question Opinions/Critique on this riding session ..

Okay so, I'm going to embed a video (hopefully , if it works) of me working with my 7 year old Percheron cross. She's 15.3hh. Lately we've started canter work. Misty is very green and needs more miles but seems to be excited to jump (small ones) and that is also sometimes incorporated into our sessions.

She is now cantering on cue and she getting more balanced and for the most part listening to my half halts to come to a more controlled and slower canter. I'm starting to find my balance as well. She is a very 'round' horse being a Perch x and majorly bouncy - a lot different that many of the other horses I"ve ridden in the past. She's my sweetheart though ...has a very nice temperament.

She's in great health , very fit , has had chiro work on her , her barefeet are perfectly in balance and very healthy as well.

Please let me know your thoughts ...any critique /tips are very welcome as well. Just be tactful about it and constructive with any advice you offer. Confirmation info would be helpful too.

Thanks

I assume you are posting the same video here that you posted in your thread about pinning ears so that you will get even more critiques? Because you got some very good ones there. However, it's up to you to post again for a critique if you wish.

Hi tiny ,
Yes. I posted it on the other forum and here because it was my first post and I wasn't sure the best place to put it. I received some AWESOME and very helpful feedback yesterday so I have no need to set my vid to public again .

I wasn't sure if I was able to get rid of this one myself :( or how

Hope you have a good night :)

I can't see the video, just a frame of a trully beautiful horse that I just expect to see carrying a knight. :)

There is just as much horse sense as ever, but the horses have most of it.
