Thanks everybody, I understand what to do with my hands now cheers I really need to have lessons on my horse on a regular basis and because of School starting I will really try to have one at least every 2 weeks and 1 every week.

You can practice having quiet hands by going and sitting in a chair with your hands out like you are holding reins. When you stand up, keep your hands where they were (down) don't let them come up. Let your elbows extend so they stay put, but you are still able to get up.

oooo there is a rocking horse right in the corner of the room. Better be careful when if my family comes home and sees me on the rocking horse lol.

Well a rocking motion won't necessarily help with quiet hands while posting.. lol

If you had issues following your horse's mouth then it'd be helpful.

But since posting is for the most part an up, swing, down movement.. the chair is a bit more helpful.
