I think he looks good. He could use some muscle over his rump and his neck could be built up a little, but he is a very nice horse.
His hoof almost looks like the wall has been cut and carved away, kind of like how a farrier will remove the wall in a sever case of white line disease. It is very unusual.
Just so you know, it wont just "go away". You are going to have to let it grow out, and judging by the extent of the damage it might be a good 6 months or more before it is completly gone. Hooves grow on average about 1 cm per month.
