Please critique Stacca's conformation

This is my "new" horse Stacca. I've had him for about 3 months. I tried to take decent conformation pics, but let me know if these aren't good and I'll try to get better ones. Thanks!

love the hairy legs. He looks like he's part draft? He needs muscle but hes very cute.

Ya we are working together on building muscle, I need it too! haha. Yes, he is 1/4 Percheron, 1/4 Paint, and 1/2 Standardbred.

He is such a cutie! i suck at confo lol. Cow hocked, stands under himself in the front. He has that boney hip top but thats just muscle, ummm ya i suck at confo critique lol. I just think he is adorable! I want to go hug him! I love that halter, were did you get it!

quarter horses.....simply the best

She looks narrow based on his back legs and may toe-out/cowhock, but I can't tell because of her tail.

She's purty.

that picture isnt straight on but i do see a little cow hock-edness.
