as horses age they lose their muscle tone as old people do! he would never look like a 6yr old again but conditioning feed and hill work 2-3 times a week does wonders,also massage can help to tone up and release lactic.

yes, I ride him hunter/ jumpers and I barrel race and pole bend. He is very sweet, and has a personality that's a mile wide!!
