possible buy- please critique

So I am going to be buying a horse this summer or this fall. This is a sale horse at my barn, that my trainer has been having ride a lot to possible buy. I would be doing Children's Hunter (3 ft.) at local through A shows. Tell me what you think. There is also a video of her on youtube - just click on the link on her ad.

I'm from Maryland originally :) Overall, this isn't a bad looking pony. I don't care for how steep the croup is but other than that, she's not too bad. I cannot comment on her feet since the grass impends my view.

Nice mare! Pretty canter, cute over fences (although she's not trying that hard over this little stuff!). She did a skip change (front first, then hind) once instead of an actual lead change. Very steady rhythm though. I like her!

That's right by me... She looks like a nice horse, a little downhill, but not bad.

I think she's very cute... and for just being 5, she's very quiet. She's cute o/f too... and taking in consideration her age she'll only improve.

I think she's really cute. Seems like she has a nice, quiet, kind attitude. She could pick up her feet a little more... seems a bit lazy. But she's a cutie!
