Possible buy. Please be honest.

I am looking to buy a second horse. I really like the fact that this horse has reining training as I think every horse (western) should be trained in reining no matter what they will be used for (personal opinion). I would keep up her reining (currently showing my girl in reining) but she would be mainly used for barrel racing. Here is more about her.
Feather is a 6 yr old grey paint mare 14.3 HH. She is soft, collected and smooth as a Cadillac. She has been on plenty of trail rides been ridden in parades and has been started on barrels.
She is the first video.

I really like the look of her. She seems to be really soft and responsive and has a good mind. I would like to see some good conformation shots of her but there doesn't appear to be anything glaringly horrible about her confo. What I really like is that they are doing everything on her in a nice simple snaffle.

Always remember that feeling of looking at a big, open country over the ears of a good horse, seeing a new trail unwind ahead of you, and that ever-spectacular view from the top of the ridge!!! Follow my training blog: http://robertsontraining.blogspot.com/

Ya I really like her (love her looks). She is consigned to an auction (not the meat packer kind) so I will go see how much she is going for. I know she is worth alot so she might end up out of my price range. Plus she is #65 so she will go for more than if she was later on. I may also call the people before to see what they are hoping to get for her and if I could come look at her. They actually trained a horse for me about 5 yrs ago so I know how they train and I love it.
Thanks for the comments and please keep them coming. If anyone sees anything that might be concerning please tell me. I love the fact that she is only 14.3 I like my horses shorter (not too short) and kind of stocky (but not huge). She is just right.

lovely pair

I would like to add to the other posts that I like the way you sit this mare. You are right over her center of gravity and are obviously very easty for this mare to carry. You seem to be a sympathetic rider who allows the horse to flow right through her, not impeding her in any way.
This mare will be happy with you as her rider.

Tiny, I don't think that's the OP riding her. She states in the post above you she'd like to go look at her.

As for the horse, WOW. She is gorgeous!
