Have him buy you one then :) That's what I did. I was stubborn and hated wearing a helmet. At 20 years old, my mom bought me one for Christmas because she knew I rode a lot of nutso horses. Now I wear it whenever I ride, just because I have it. :)

That's actually a good idea! ...there's just one problem. My dad lives 2000 +/- miles away... I would want to try it on lol

That looks like a sunshine vacation picture. So relaxing...
Don't arch your back so much and wear a helmet when jumping but you look amazing for someone who never jumps. And I am amazed right now because you're jumping with no saddle or bridle!
