    All I see is:

    Heels down
    Shorten reins
    Pick your hands up

Other than that you look good to me :)

    1) Put your heels down, all your weight in those heels.
    2) Thumbs on top
    3)hands farther forward
    4)Elbows in
    5)Toes pointed straight, not out
    6) Conntact with the bit
    7) Bring your shoulders back
    8) Push out your chest
    9)hands forward more

    2-Point
    1) Do not lay on your horses neck, that is a fantastic way to get bucked off, or dumped
    2) Shoulders broad, and back
    3) Chest out, and broad
    4)Heels, Heels, Heels DOWN!!
    5) Your back needs to be straight, not rolled
    6) Hands forward, just a little bit less than half way
    7) Hold your body up with your legs, putting your heels down, with help

If you do regular stretches, your ankles will loosen up and be much easier to push down.

Sorry if that was harsh.... =/

Its not harsh I wanted to know. :) my problem with my ancles is that they are to loose and they will actualy pop out of joint. And I was having lots of back porblems at the time. I've fix my back and now I'm working on my ancles. I were ancles braces it helps a bit but not much. I think I've fixed my hands. I used to have good hands but I didnt ride for a year (mare was only 1) and then I got a new trainer and she wanted my hands diffrent, I never have goten them back to the way they were. I really need to get some new pics so I can get a critigue on my riding now. I fixed all my old bad habbits and gained new ones :P

Not harsh at all. :) my heels are actualy too loose they will actualy pop out of joint. I were ancle braces and that's why my heels are not down. I had lots of back problems over the past 2 years and I've finaly fixed that. I couldnt ride it got so bad. I'm back on my horse now and I'm learning how to balance all over again. I've fixed my hands and my heals. Still working on my back (still alot of pain). I really need to get new pics. OK every one tare me apart lets see what your made of :P. Does any one have a critique for my horse?
