Saddle fit opinions round II

Please bear with me. I'm trying to get all the information I can about saddle fit.

I took my Ovation saddle to the barn and took pictures.
I also received my lift back pad and put that under my crosby and took pictures.
After that I rode him in the Ovation, the Crosby without the lift pad, and then the Crosby with the lift pad. I will have the videos up soon.

Here are the pictures of the saddle on Montana
Ovation with no saddle pad

I can fit two fingers with it girthed up and no pad

Ovation with a pad

Crosby with no saddle pad or lift pad

Crosby with the lift back pad (note, I left the lift back pad in its packaging so I can return it if need be)

I can fit three fingers with the lift back pad and saddle pad on

I'll give you my opinion after I hear some responses back.

it loks like it fits to me. I love how the saddle matches your horses coat:)

the first one looks more to a fit with his back, and steep wither.

With the riser on the new saddle it helps A LOT and it sitting a bit to far forward but it looks MUCH better!! Remember extra pads temporary fix though.

Here's the video of me riding.
Please do not make any comments on my equitation.
In the Ovation I had no stirrups, and in the Crosby, my boots would get stuck in the stirrups.
He was also being a bit fresh too.

I know it's not the best video, but any input is appreciated!

It's hard to tell from a picture, but the Ovation appears to be wider in the gullet and sit more level on him. Try fitting your fingers under the pommel while mounted to see if it keeps you from sitting on his withers. Sometimes a pad with a channel down the middle (Fleeceworks makes great ones) will help give you extra room.
