Default Some new jumping pictures!

Yay! Went to visit my sister in Germany where she is training with this big time trainer and I rode this killer pony. We need to have ponysport like they have in Germany for the US. Not just one height for jumpers, lots of different levels! Anywho...

Looking better I thinks?

Think the stirrups were a hole or two too long but apparently I use mine too short by German standards :P

First off, that's a pony? He looks huge! Your position looks fantastic though - in the third picture you could use more release, but that's the only thing I can see wrong.

I am going to make this quick, so sorry if I sound snappy!

- Heels down
- Get your stirrup on the ball of your foot
- Get your hands more up on the crest of your horses neck
- straighten out you back

I LOVE how solid you look in the saddle and it makes me so happy to see you looking UP! A lot of riders get into this habit of staring at the ground... "/

Well, eventerwannabe covered everything I was going to say. Otherwise, really good. That pony has nice form. How high does he/she stand?

I think you look great - Nice Automatic Releases as well! You don't need to do a Crest Release if you can support your upper body with your lower body.

Crest Releases are GREATLY over done in North America - George Morris complains about that alot in his columns and articles.

I think you are looking much, much, much better! Great job!

Yay! I get the MIE seal of approval? What more in life do I have to work for? ;P

The pony is about 13.3-14h? I think. He's bigger than my 13.2 and small than my 14.1 Im pretty sure. He's really nice, I wanna take him home with me! He competed like 4'3".
