Well just from the one picture, she looks alright. Could use more muscle.
Not sure if it's just the photo but her back looks somewhat flat and she has a sharp slope to her croup. Nothing terribly alarming, though.
With some work and time to build some size, she could make a good horse for what you want. All depends on attitude and abilities as well, though.
