Thinking of buying him. what do i need to "beef up"

So I've already been down to see him once, and I'm going down again tomorrow an I'm pretty sure I'm going to buy him. Anyway heres some pictures. Any advice on what parts of him I need to beef up when I get him?

Maybe his hindquarters a little, but im not certain about the breed, so maybe they're just tiny like that? But WOW he's very flashy. Nice guy! What are his stats? Height, training, age?

He is beautiful! If any thing I think he is just a little tiny bit thin. But other than that he looks good. His hind quarters are a little small but what are you plannin on doing with him. If your just planning on riding him flat then don't worry. Im assuming english...i wouldnt worry...nice horse!

He looks pretty good to me. Very flashy. Is he dirty or does he have darker spots on his butt?

I think he could use a slightly more muscles hind end. His weight looks great - I find most saddle horses are too fat. What a beautiful horse!
