Thoughts on this mare please

Opinions on this mare please. Here is a link to her pedigree and attached are two pictures. I know she is a little thin in this picture. Teeth are getting floated Tuesday.

This is a mare we are looking at to purchase :)

Other than being a little long in the back & needing muscle, she doesn't look too bad. Nice coloring.
Not sure if it's the way she's standing, but her hind left foot appears to turn out...

Her shoulder is pretty upright and her back is long, maybe a little weak? Her hind end is nice and pretty head. Rather a nice looking horse for just pleasure use.

First off I want to say that she has beautiful coloring! She looks like a very sweet girl. She is mildly swayback, she is camped out in the back, needs muscle toning (especially in her shoulder and rear) and she seems a little cow hocked in the front... maybe just the way she is standing. She would make a great trail or pleasure horse. She is definitely a beautiful horse and for the right price I would pick her up!

I would say conformationally she's on the average side. Not bad, but outstanding either. But her coloring is to die for! I would be inclined to buy her on color alone. I know, my bad! But I can't help it, she's gorgeous!

What price would that be? She has been used for trails and a few parades. She is 8 years old.

I would be concerned that she doesn't have much heel. Navicular is common with low heels.

She is beautifully colored. She doesn't have much hoof at all or is it just me? I like her though.
