I didnt look at every picture, nor have I seen your previous ones, but I have some shoulder help! When I first started riding I had a horrible habit of constantly leaning forward and letting my shoulders go as well. My BO at that time made a joke that has always stuck, "Stick your boobs out! Show 'em off!" While she never should've said something like such if she was professional, since I was only about 15, it has always stuck. Im a naturally proud person, and the fact that if I rode correctly I was able to "show off" the whole time made me happy. I haven't (from what I understand) ever rolled my shoulders down again, even when Im leaning forward to push my horse in a run, my shoulders are back and my lower back still has that slight arch.
What I've done to bring my toes in (I use to get caught on the round pen fence all the time was just shove my legs back, and then roll my too half forward and act like Im laying down on my belly as far as I can. When I move my top half back up, it also (at least, it does for me) puts your heel under yourself and rotates your leg back in so your toe and heel are straighter.
