I would suggest putting the "helpful links" link in the sidebar because it looks out of place under the others in the menu.

You may want to try finding a picture for the top banner that is lighter, that one is harder to see and doesn't really pop when you first look at the page.

You have a nice start though, it's far more user friendly than most of websites I tend to visit especially when we're talking about breeder/training/barn sites. There's more bad than good out there. I'm a web designer and nothing pains me more than visiting a site that freezes my computer because they have so much crap on there loading, or not even being able to find the links to each page.

The most basic thing you have to do on a website is navigate it (and many fail at this) and you've got that covered. Thumbs up.

Thanks! Could you help me with moving things around? I'm not as web-savvy as most. ;)

Go into your html and find this, then copy it
Quote:
<a class="section" href="http://www.laurallakefarm.com/helpfullinks.htm" >Helpful Links</a>
then find this part and put your copied code above it
Quote:
< h3 class="fw-title">Welcome< /h3>
That will put the link into the side bar

Yes you can.

HTML Tutorial

This website explains all the basics of html.

To get to your html you will have to go to your cpanel and find the files for each page. You can google pretty much everything to show you how to do that.

I'd start with reading up on the site I linked to, then google cpanel, and have at it.

Google, google, google! Good luck!
