OK....first off, bring your lower leg back from your hip, and wrap your calf on her...relaxed through your thigh and knee. Your jog was much better than your lope, but for both gaits...you need to slow your thinking down. You can see in your upper body that you want to "do something"....just sit quiet.
The lope...(only watched the first direction), you did not set her up to lope off correctly...you did what we in WP call "the poke and hope"....poke with your spur/heel and hope the horse lopes off on the correct lead. She threw her head up, hollowed her back and threw herself into it...and you ended up "chasing" her movement with your upper body (tense, rigid and pumping)....so she got fast and quick legged. ALL of that can be fixed if your SLOW yourself down...set HER up to do it correctly. Are you working with a trainer? She's cute as a button and has potential.
