I watche more than 3 minutes and nearly fell asleep. Looks like a nice enough horse. Wondering about the tail swishing. There is no obvious offness that I can see, but lots of tails swishing.

What level rider is your daughter? I only ask because I can see this rider adjust a few times here and there. Is she looking to do AQHA or a local circuit?

If your horse says no, you either asked the wrong question or asked the question wrong

And God took a handful of southerly wind, blew His breath over it and created the horse

is that what he loks like or is the video distorting? He looks like he has a wierd shape to him lol. His croup looks very high. He is very short bodied and very long legged. He looks very narrow from the front, too. His rear looks good but his front doesnt match. He moves fine, except for the tail swishing. He keeps his head level. But he just looks odd. Maybe it is the camera or something, but he looks funky. He just looks wierd to me. The saddle looks like it is slanted upwards or something, too. He looks very well behaved and willing, though.

That video made my eyes bleed x.x But I watched the whole thing, from the horrendous video I could see nothing particularly wrong with this horse. Although I was also wondering about the tail swishing. Edit: Hisangelonly I think it's 100% the video =)

Is your dausghter wanting to ride english or western?
What is the price?
What is the breeding?
Dose he do any classes more than rail work?
Are you wanting to ride AQHA or opien?
Are you going to be keeping this horse at home or with a trainer?

live for the moment.

He looks & moves just like a horse my friend bought for her daughter, same age too. We buried him last spring at age 7-navicular.

palominolover: okay then he is a nice horse! Lol. That video makes him look very wierd. The saddle looks like its popping up in the back lol it looks funny. But yes, he is a nice mover. I love his jog. That tail swishing has me wondering though...make sure you get him vet and farrier checked and make sure your saddle fits...usually a lot of tail swishing means uncomfort, but there are some horses that just do it for no reason...so if he's cleared by your vet and farrier, go for it! As long as him and your daughter get along well! He is a pretty horse (from what I can tell out of that strange looking distorted video). Haha.
