He is gorgeous. Looks really honest and has a bright open face. Can you afford that? He is really nice!

I'm not absolutely in love with him. I also don't like how they don't tell you what he's been doing. He's clearly been eventing and showing in the hunter, but how has he placed and at what level? Does he have his lead changes? He doesn't show one in the video I thought he was doing a simply, but rewatching it appears he landed the lead and then broke. If he can't do a flying lead change I don't think he is worth what they are asking.

He does appear to be quiet and steady. I think he's definitely worth it to go out and see.

He is a beautiful horse! I think he is great, and you have good taste in picking out a horse, however.... I think if you have $10,000 to spend on a horse and want to show hunters, you should look for horses that are more finished hunters. This is an amazing horse, but he is more of an event horse than a hunter. I am sure he could still compete at hunters and do very well, but if your dream is hunters then focus on a horse that excels in hunters instead of something else.

I agree with Supermane and pepperduck.

How has the horse been placing? If you are wanting to compete and have a chance at doing well, there is no point in buying a horse who doesnt make the top half of the class.

It looks like he has been mainly competing in eventing, and although he has competed in hunter, your best bet might be getting something that is just a hunter. The eventer might get more bored without having more to do then circles in an arena.
