Whats wrong with my legs?

Hi there! I have some pictures and video from the last time I rode, and I've really been picking them apart to try to improve and work on some things next time I ride. One thing that has been bugging me are my legs! I can't pick out what is wrong. I really think they just look plain out goofy! Please help? Tear me up, you aren't going to hurt my feelings. I haven't been able to ride consistently for quite some time so I'm a bit rough around the edges. Also I am aware my heels should be down some more. Thanks!

Definitely yes on keeping those heels down!:) Think of your position as dropping your weight down a straight line, from your ears to your shoulders, to hips, to heels. Also don't rotate your pelvis too far forward to the point where you have an arch in your lower back (first picture in the diagram). Look up, shoulders back, chest out. Keep your abs tight, like you were being punched in the stomach (haha). That will help you have a nice straight back, like in the second picture

I think your stirrups are a touch too short for Western riding.

I was kind of thinking that too. I didn't even think to shorten my stirrup's when me and my friend switched horses, and shes just a few inches shorter than me.

Sinking down into your heels (as you mentioned) will fix the bulk of the issues you're having, I think. :>

THIS!

Rotating your pelvis back up so have no forward roll in you lower will be your place to start. It will lengthen your leg, too.
