Arrow Where is his neck?!?

Saw this on craigslist. Seems to be a decent riding horse, but where the hell did this guy's neck go?

ok. Just watched his videos. He does have a neck, but in that last pic it just looks like a head on his shoulders. Lol. It's a short neck for sure.

He is a bit short in the neck...not as bad as some I've seen though; he seems to have a decent head set though, which is nice; often times short necked horses have high head sets...he's pretty level though.
