I too am questioning your saddle fit here, although it looks as if you had dropped your stirrup a hole and sunk your heel your leg might slide back into place. I really do appreciate that you've managed to keep your leg underneath of you, even though its doing some wonky things! Also, just watch that your foot does not slide that far into the stirrup all the time as that is quite dangerous. Try to keep it on the ball of your foot, angled slightly towards your horse.

I think that by getting your leg back in place, that should the problem of you being a little bit ahead of the motion; to get your crotch centered over the seat of the saddle, rather than over the pommel.

I like how big of a release you gave your horse here, as he definitely used it to his advantage. However, dropping your elbows below the crest has caused your upper body to tip forward towards his neck, so your bum is higher than your shoulders. I generally like to see the rider's upper body parallel to their horse's, so for a proper crest release, keep your fore-arm parallel to your horse's crest.

I also really like how you both are focused, but have a 'no big deal' look on your faces! You have a nice flat back and are looking ahead. Great job!

As for your horse, he looks like quite a fun ride! He looks athletic and well muscled, and certainly knows his job! He's left the ground evenly with his hind legs and his loose looking knees are just the result of him being past the center of the jump. I really like your coordinating colours and the overall professional look about you... Fabulous!

Thanks for sharing :)
thank you so much! i'll try that he definatly loves his xc!

you two look great!! I don't really notice anything, but then again I'm still pretty much an advanced beginner.
