    I totally agree with the above posts-
    He needs quite a bit of muscle, especially along his topline. He also has a bit of a 'hay belly' which is making his neck look even less developed than it probably is (just not proportionate!)
    Again, some hill work, long trotting and work on building neck muscle would do this horse wonders.

    That being said, he looks like a total sweetheart!

    he is indeed a sweetheart! And yeah, we have been doing lots of dressage work with him, and when I get back to maryland, our barn has LOTS of hills and this year I've been planning on doing tonssss of hill work to get him toned up and develop his top line :)
