Advanced excersizes to do while riding?

Hello
What are a few advanced excersizes I can do with my horse?. Keep in mind I do ride western.
I know have done all of the "greener" ones. I am looking for a challenge. I have all kinds of material to build obstactles its just a matter of what to do build. Any ideas are welcome
Thank you

Since you want to build obstacles, you are giving the impression of doing things like competitive trail obstacles. Is that the case?

If you are looking for things like that, you can build a "bridge" (a plastic tarp held down by 2x4's makes for a scary looking "bridge") or you can set up an L shape and ask your horse to back through it. You can teach your horse to sidepass over rails or else sidepass through a gate so that you can open and close the gait without removing your hand from it. You can create an obstacle with just about anything.

If you are talking about riding exercises in particular, you can do things like:
-flying lead change
-sidepassing
-turn on the fore OR a turn on the hind legs
-galloping perfectly round circles
-working on gait transitions
-serpentines
-figure 8's

But really, it does kind of depend on what you can do now and what your horse can do.
