    Thank you so much for the replies, I now have a new method that I can start on him as clearly what I had tried with him yesterday did not work. He does some to be the out-of-doors type back when I took him out on trail he used to love it, but the trail was only so long and we had to turn back home, which he clearly didn't understand and threw major tantrums.

    Lol looking out for his beast interest has been in place for the past 9 years that I've owned him, especially since when he was diagnosed at 6 with navicular and had to retire him from jumping and put to pasture for a 6 month rehab. We've had a lot of up's and downs throughout the years, but we keep on going. I also posted another thread in hoof care of our latest issue if any of you are curious to see what else my horse and I have been through :)
