Am I too big for a 14.1 hh pony?

Hello, I am just over 8 stone and around 5 ft 4. I am interested in a 14. 1 hh pony. Would I be too tall or heavy for her?

Thank you

I don't see any problems with it. A 14.1 hand pony (depending on how much muscle or breed) should be able to carry 112 pounds on their back. :)

Okay thank you for replying! Although I don't know the breed she is quite fine and I know she is ridden and seems fit and healthy. However she is older, 19 years. Would this be okay? :)

It would seem so. What type of activities will you and the pony be doing?

Mostly schooling, dressage, a bit of light jumping and hacking. Maybe the occasionally competition, and a little cross country. :)
