Ankle pain?

I always find if I ride for over an hour my ankles start to get really stiff and sore
Half hour rides are fine
My heel isn't too far down :/
Does anyone else have this issue? Resolutions? Will it get better?
I just find it ruins my hacks!

Green Broke
I had the same problem before the army. Figure its partly because my saddle is getting too small for me and my stirrups always turn in turning my ankle.

It got worse after I broke my ankle in basic and then decided to be a genius and run on my broken anke for the last 3 weeks of basic haha

So now when I ride for more than 30 min. My ankles/legs will start to hurt. What I did was (with recomendation from my doctor) I got an ankle brace that I ride with, so now my ankle doesnt turn in with the stirrup (also re-turned my stirrups) and doesnt hurt.

I have the same problem. Got some of the Mueller wrap fromlmart, wrap my ankle with it, and then use some vetwrap over the top of that for a little "extra". It's virtualy stopped the pain for me.
