arena footing

Im looking for new footing to replace our old sand arena with. And I was looking for something a little better and that wont freeze up in the winter. I found this stuff called trustride. It looks to be a good footing but before I sign the check I wana see if anyone here has it or has ridden on it. Pros cons? You can feel free to add your own suggestions to. THANKS GUYS!!
