Arena work

What do you guys do for your arena work? With my horses we do everything from showjumping to barrel racing!

My mare and I usually work on flat work. Jumping about 1-2 times a week, weather permitting. We used to practice our techniques out in the pasture, but after recently switching barns we no longer have that option. I (we) LOVE cavaletti and ground pole work. For those days when we can't jump, it's a very nice alternative to just an open arena. We do a lot of transition work as well. Hoping to get her into trail riding too!

My OTSTB hates the arena so I have to do some work outside the arena to convince him to go back in :) I'm working on gaited dressage as he does a really nice fox trot and I'd love to do a few pleasure classes.
