Ok so a couple of days ago for my lesson we decided to try bareback and let me tell you I made a **** fool outta myself. Its been awhile since I've ridden bareback and I used to be able to w//t/c no problem. But anyways when I went to pick up a trot I wrapped my lower legs around my horse and he soured off and I list balance and fell. I feel like my riding has gotten worse in the last two months. I've noticed that my lower back is becoming too stiff and I've been sitting way too forward and on my thighs. I tend to get nervous and tense. I overthink way too much and its hard to overcome. I have become way to used to riding the saddle and not with my seat and I really need some advice and help.
