Is it okay to warm up riding bare back then saddle my horse for the ride or just saddle her and warm her up that way

It's good either way. Any way that is comfortable for you, is fine.

You can start bareback, then saddle, then bareback again.
    You can bareback then saddle.
    You can saddle then bareback.
    You can bareback.
    You can saddle.

;) Any way that you like or is comfortable for you.

Thanks I just wanted to change it up so she don't feel like all im doing is working her then, because I enjoy my time with her.

I understand! All spring, a few days ago was the first day I could get on my horse bareback.
I can't mount him from ground, but when I even act like I do, he raises his head and stomps his feet. So what I did instead was got above him on a step. Then I rubbed him all over with my foot and sat on him for a bit - he was very good about it. So today when I ride I will be riding half the day bareback - I love bareback much more than the saddle, so hopefully I can stay on this big guy! 15.5 hands is tall enough for me!
Plus he likes to trot and not walk, so it will be a bumpy ride!

Ya all I've done with bozz is walk with the bareback I just now got the courage to canter her in the saddle so baby steps all the way lol
