bare back riding!:D

i want to ride my pony bareback, but the past few times I've got on her she's ran off throwing to the floor.ive been out on one of my others breback since then and felt fine.
how can I make my pony stand and not jump about whilst ime on her?!-)

Train her... ?

ETA: Does she do this when you have a saddle on her? Is she running because your squeezing with your legs? Is she running from pain-what kind of pants are you wearing? If she does it with the saddle, you need to go back to basics teaching her to stand while mounted and to listen to your cues as to what gait you want from her. If she does this only bareback, you need to keep in mind what kind of energy your feeding her and maybe if your accidentally asking for a hot horse. We need more info basically..

Riding her bareback doesn't sound like a good idea right now. Before you ride a horse bareback, the horse should be solid and well trained. Along with this, you, as a rider, have to have a solid seat, quiet hands, balance, and you have to be a calm, effective rider. I'd recommend working with an experienced trainer, and slowly working up to this.
