    Bareback riding?

So you bareback riders, I am looking for tips

I haven't ridden bareback since my mare which was last year sometime and she did not have the same body structure as denny. Anywho riding denny bareback feels like sitting on a rail and then upfront haveing the rail rise and put umcomforable pressure on you. His spine sticks out and his high withers jam right into me .

To sit him properly I have to be positioned practically on his withers in order to keep a center gravity that will keep him balanced.

However this positioning hurts when at the trot to roll my hips. Its rather uncomforting in the female parts and naturally I tense up and its impossible to break my hips loose and roll them to move with him more then a couple of strides before I feel like I am bruising myself.

Any tips other then a bareback pad to help me feel like I am not bruising myself ? And allow for me to break my hips loose? I am going to try again tomorrow but thought maybe someone had some tips :p

    Thank you
