Best Time Ever !!!!!! - hope i get the job!

Well, on Wednesday night I got on a train to travel 15 hours to a job trial on a massive trail riding place........first off........never again will I spend 15 hours on a trail without first booking a sleeper cabin! Lol

Anyway, I got there Thursday arvo and had a wander around, checked out the horses, other animals, sleeping quarters etc, then got invited to go out with a 1hour trail ride booking. Why not, im tired but i'll never pass up the chance to climb on a horse. It was awesome. The countryside is to die for!

While I was there, I mustered horses (about 70 of them), went out as a trail guide about a dozen times, treated wounds, injuries etc on horses and small animals alike. Waitressed in their dining room, got grubby, cold, muddy, sweaty etc and absolutely loved it! I met some great people and some fantastic horses, and hope like h3ll that I get the job!

Here are a couple of photo's that I took whilst riding Monty, im so glad he's quiet, I was swivelling in the saddle taking as many shots as I could before I had to leave.

Enjoy guys, and please keep your fingers crossed that I get the job!

Even if I don't get the job, it was a fantastic adventure, the people, the horses, the other animals, the scenery, you couldn't ask for a better time!!!

    Where are you?
