Brought Muss back into work

So i've been trying to figured out how to bring muss back into work for a few weeks now.
So I ended up jumping on him in the round yard and getting my friends mum to lead me around a few minutes until i got used to everything. Then i walked around the round yard by myself and he was soo good. So then I left the round yard to a small yard with poles that my friend Michelle was riding in. I walked him around and he calmly took everything in his stride. So about 10 minutes later we went through my friends paddock and into the big arena. once again he took everything in his stride and we did a tiny bit of trotting(once down the arena side, like 10 metres approx) but he lost his shoe 2 days ago so cant do anything more then walking until the farrier comes out on tuesday. so then we rode them back through michelles paddock over to where the wash bay is, untacked them and went to wash them down. This was where it got bad. Muss hasnt had much experience around washing so he moves alot and im trying to show him not to be scared of it. And I asked my mum, a person whos terrified of horses, to hold him for me. she took his lead and he started moving and i was trying to get him to stop goin in circle but mum wouldnt pull him up and i told her pull him up, stop letting him do that and she freaked that she dropped the lead rope and bolted away, so heres me with the hose on the horse and the lead rope hangin in the air. i grabbed it and tried to do it myself but he kept moving so i asked my friends mum nicely if she could give me a hand. my mum said 'you can do it yourself, stop asking other people to do stuff for you'. so apparently im not allowed to ask for help from a horsey experienced person and mum told me to tie him to the round yard railings and running out of options i decided to try it. so i tied him to it, and guess who got pinned again the railings for about 20seconds when he got a scare from the hose. I pushed him off and he didnt even realise what hed done but i hurt my shoulder so then i was upset. i didnt kno what to do, my mum was too scared to help and he was sweaty. luckily my friends mum came over and helped me and we got him done eventually.
Apart from that though, his first ride in about 2-3 months at a completely brand new aggistment and he did amazing. So proud of him honestly.
