    Take things slow, when ever I fall/bucked off, I tend to just walk and trot for ages, building up my confidence, maybe practice stopping, or turning.

    Then after a few weeks I will be cantering, I never jump by myself though, that is something I just can't do after a really bad fall.

    No trust me I know it was my fault! We had warmed up and we were relaxed I had even cantered her in the exact same spot about 5 minutes before but I was caught off balence when she stopped to stop herself from falling that is all. But I do understand what you are saying.
