    Darn You, Christmas Gifts!

    OK, I need ideas!

I have my trainer and her little sister to buy presents for. I'm getting each of them a $25 gift certificate from National Bridle Shop, but I feel as if I need to get them something a little more personal. After all, they cart me from show to show, let me use their horse, I get a special reduced lesson rate, etc.. but what do I get?!

The sister is 10 and has her own horse. My coach has her own horse. We all ride gaited. Do I get something for the lesson program, or for *them*?

I got my friend who rides gaited a pretty set of rhythm beads. Pretty, inexpensive, personal and functional!

I'd say "for them". I'd get personalized pad or halter (like with the name of the horse on it).
