1. Eventer/Jumper
2. I love eventing! And so does my eventer! My jumper/dressage horse thinks we're crazy and wont do it but its soooo much fun and its kind of scary but gives you a rush and when the adrenaline kicks in its awesome

I think eventers are completely insane, and if I were 30 years younger, I'd be right there with 'em!

1. Eventer
2. Absolutely love it, of course. Though it's a sport for a special kind of horse, in my opinion. While most horses can easily do the lower levels, anything doing prelim (3'6") or above is a special character and really should be treasured for doing what they're being asked to do.

1. Cowgirl, ranch work, all-around western rider.

2. Eventers amaze me. I've done a bit of jumping just playing around and I cannot imagine jumping solid jumps at 25 mph. Then to be able to turn off that flat out run and step into the dressage ring? Very nice.

Always remember that feeling of looking at a big, open country over the ears of a good horse, seeing a new trail unwind ahead of you, and that ever-spectacular view from the top of the ridge!!! Follow my training blog: http://robertsontraining.blogspot.com/

My horse and i don't really have a set thing we do, and i hope one day to get into eventing. the horses and riders just baffle me and i want to try it so badly. I've signed up for jumping lessons and am working on flat work with my boy and we're going to take it from there.
